I am in bloody COLD NYC this week, getting my CT scan and blood work. Scan is "perfect" per Dr S and CA 125 is 13 (down 3 pts). Coming back in April and boy, do I hope it's warmer in the Spring. Carlene

My ca 125 numbers are going up while on topo

I'm on dense dose carbo/taxol. After my second dose of taxol only, I developed severe itching. No rash though. It feels like it is coming from inside my skin. Nothing relieves it. I couldn't take it anymore !
This is my second round of chemo so my hair fell out with the first round Carbo/taxol. This time it is falling out more slowly on Carbo/Gemzar/avastin , it is driving me crazy! I just grabbed my scissors and cut off my chemo curls lol. It is not too bad but I don't recommend this for anyone. Good thing I still have my wigs…
