bilateral masectomy with prepectoral breast reconstruction
I'm getting ready to have a bilateral masectomy with a prepectoral breast reconstruction. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm wondering about recovery time. I work from home on a computer and wonder when I can return to work. I'm also considering a nipple sparing procedure.

In these last few days of radiation treaments, I have developed a worsening 'rash' from the treatmens (which nurse said is common). I'm trying to find how to get rid of it. I've tried Desitin on one half of breast & Hydrocortizone cream on the other half... rash did not itch at this point... just terrible looking. These…

Life after treatment
I am almost 2 years out of treatment for stage 3 breast cancer. I am really struggling emotionally. I was naive to think that after treatment, life goes back to “normal“. There are a lot of things that I have experienced that were unexpected. Anybody have similar experience?

Hi, by the way. I'm originally from the endometrial cancer board. I was diagonsed with Stage 4B UPSC. Had two chest CT scans, eight rounds of chemo, and a bunch of CA-125's. just like sixth grade all over again...
Well, it is just about like sixth grade all over again. I am 63, but skinny, thin weird hair, flat as a board and not much in the way of eyebrows or eyelashes. Also, no boyfriend. At least I am alive - but the similarity does not escape me.

Latissimus Flap Breast Reconstruction
Hello. I had my second failed attempt at breast reconscrution this past August. This last attempt was utilizing the DIEP flap procedure. One by one the flap failed. Good news - pCR (no cancer found by pathologist in breast tissue from mastectomy nor in lymph nodes 0/5) !
