I was dx this month with invasive lobular BCA. Will have double masectomy in March with reconstrution and saline implants to start, silicone 6 weeks later. I had a double mastectomy in July with expanders. I am having my implants put in at the end of March. What are your thoughts on saline vs silicone? I'm not having kids(just turned 50).
