No Radiation or Chemo!
Just got the news yesterday that I don't need to have chemo. I am doing the happy dance. I was already told that I don't need rads. I just have to take Tamoxifen for 5 years. Anyone taking Lyrica for nerves misfiring?
My Dr. put me on Lyrica yesterday because my breast has been hurting a lot lately. If anything rubbed against me it was painful, aven my t-shirt at night. Doc said that my nerves are misifring all the time and he put me on Lyrica. Has anyone had this problem and/or been on this medicine?

My scar from my breast removal got real real and had fever in it. Got back into the doc. they did ultrasound on the left side notice 2 spots. They did a biospy one came back neg. & the other came back postive. Had a petscan today will wait for the result on Mon. Keep good thoughts.

pet scan results
My oncologist's nurse called and said that my results from my pet ct scan shows the mass in my right breast (which I knew about) and in my lymph nodes, she said that I will meet with my doctor on monday to discuss this. Now that they know its in my lymph nodes how does that change my treatment plan. thanks betty

Phase 2 of my reconstruction was done yesterday
It was an outpatient surgery, so we went in at 7am and got home at 5pm. It all went well, except they gave me Keflex through the IV and I get very sick with that.
