I had my lumpectomy in January this year and am currently in radiation treatments. I still have pain..is this normal? Hi Everybody, I am brand new to this discussion board, in fact, this is the only discussion board I've ever participated in. After reading hundreds of your questions and responses I feel safe…

Question on Chemotherapy and Radiation
Hi, I am fairly new to this site, and have been searching for some information on chemotherapy. I am fairly young, 27 and had DCIS, with an invasive portion. My lymphnodes are negative, but it was right up against my muscle wall and the total tumor was 10cm. I had a bilateral mascetomy for my own peace of mind and at the…

AC followed by Taxol
A good friend of mine is going through chemo for breast cancer right now. They are not sure if it is Stage I or Stage IV as she does have some tiny spots on her pelvic bones but they are too tiny to biopsy so they are not sure if they are cancer or not. She is having 4 AC treatments, every other week, followed by 4 Taxol…

How soon did anyone tan outside in the sun or go to a tanning salon after radiation to your breast? I know the Doctor's say NEVER, but, that isn't realistic. I know there are a few of us triple negative ladies here, so I am posting the link to a helpful blog I just found about the subject.
