Too long and stressful.

After thyroidectomy I can't stand certain food I loved before
I'm curious... I had a complete thyroidectomy on August 6th and now I find that certain foods that I used to love I can't stand the sight, smell and taste. Has this happened to anyone? Does the thyroglobulin detect hurthle cell as it does the papillary ?
I have read conflicting articles. The scan has very small percentage of picking up hurthle cells. Has anyone else been told that?

tightness in neck
Has anyone else experienced an extreme tightness in the neck after a thyroidectomy? It's been nearly 8 months since my surgery and I feel worse now than when I was first diagnosed. The doctor basically blows off my concerns by saying there is nothing he can do. Please if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

One Year Body Scan
Does anyone have any advice on how long I should isolate myself? I am having my one year body scan. I am taking thyrogen shots, a capsule and then having the scan two days later and another one two days later.
