Energy Level At It's Lowest
Looking for advice....my husband’s energy level is at its lowest. He doesn't sleep through the night, but this is nothing new. He always had problems with sleeping even before being diagnosis with NHL. Now after Chemo, all he wants to do is sleep all day. Yes, I know this is one of the side effects of Chemo. He may be good…

Hi guys, After my CT scan on Wednesday morning, I just sort of "shut down". I read all of your posts, but just couldn't find the Umph to jump in and respond...felt like my brain had turned to mush..if that makes any sense. Spent Wed and Thurs in a funk, but woke up today and said to myself "snap out of it Sue"...which I…

immune system damage
Anyone have permanent damage to their immune system due to treatments for NHL? My family doc thinks that is what is going on with me - have been sick off and on since November - as long as I'm on antibiotics I get / feel better - but as soon as the antibiotics are gone, I'm right back sick again with sinus-like issues.…

Burkitt's DLBC NHL
I am new to the boards and have recently undergone treatment for Burkitts DLBC NHL and was looking on here for people who may have gone through the same thing and was unable to find anything related that was not 5+ years old. Rough visit yesterday
Hi Everyone, Had my 3 month check up with my onc yesterday and it was not good. My labs looked okay- just two of the numbers were wacky. But what she's concerned about is a stomach biopsy I had done. They found bad cells there and now she thinks that my diarrhea since December could be related to my disease. (I was…

Labs not so good
Hi All, Well, I received a call this morning form MD Anderson, the nurse for my onc was concerned about my recent lab results. She didn't like the numbers. They are wanting to do some adjustments with my meds. I really hate that. It seems that I just get used to one change and then they get changed again. I am still…

Nervous about upcoming appt results
I was diagnosed 5/5/10 with stage IV follicular NHL. 6 rounds of R-chop only got me into "partial remission". I then did a clinical trial drug (Bexxar) in 11/10. I was told I would have a CT/PET scan in early February to see if that had worked. Orders got messed up and February came and went with no tests scheduled. Then…

Questions to ask Oncologist???
I need advice for things to ask the oncologist I'll be seeing. To give a little insight, I have lymph nodes in my neck that are enlarged. One is just to the right of my throat (jugular node) and the second is a hard mass (retroauricular I believe is what they called it). These were confirmed on CT. I have had a third node…

Work/Co-workers/Bosses and Cancer?
I got in trouble today guys. For not being 100% while I am at work and the strain it's causing for my co-workers. They would rather me stay home than to do the best I can while I am there. My timing is off. Not staying caught up and then they don't know when to help. I can barely stop crying and don't have the first idea…
