Topotecan for recurrent SCLC
Has anyone had experience with Topotecan given for recurrent small cell lung cancer? The first line chemo was cisplatin and etoposide given with radiation.

My stepdad has lung ca / 2 positive nodes that has spread to two lesions in the brain. I had lung resection surgery last December. It's now 6 mos. later and I'm still have a lot of pain - I'm saying bunches. I would like some feedback from others who've had this surgery. I have read some messages and it appears most have not experienced serious pain problems.

PET scan results for Carolyn
