HI Debbie, Tiger here, I am just passing along some info that my health food guy told me. We asked him about my taking the primrose oil and he told me absolutely not because it has something to do with estrogen and will increase tumour size . I cant remember specifics, or your full medical story, but maybe you could look…

Howdy do all!! I have not been on much as of late, but I do stop and read the posts sometimes. Kytril
I received my first chemo treatment today, and though I'm knocking on wood as I say this, it really went pretty well. I think I'm still in amazement. I had some nausea and some really strange eye-lid twiching but I am not complaining (trying to read for a couple hours was interesting). I was given an injection of Kytril…

Reflection
I don't sleep much anymore. I don't eat much anymore. I haven't been able to work lately. I just wonder when it will all turn around for me. I just wonder when I too will feel free from this disease and all it has brought with it. I just, I just, always wonder. I almost lost my mother this New Years Eve to a freak…

Thank you and question
I just want to say thank's for the information and support. I know I'm not the only one going through this but it is so helpful to be able to talk to others. I realize there are different kinds of chemo and everyone reacts differently but can anybody give me general information about what to expect the first time? Thanks!…

Just need to talk
I feel like I'm intruding on the wrong message board but this is by far the most active one. I'm 26 and have colon cancer that spread to the liver. I had a bowel resection December 10 and I will be starting chemo the 8th. I saw the oncologist for the first time today and my CEA level was 361. Can anybody give me a…

My prayer for the new year is for healing - not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. This has been a very tough year to endure the grief and shock the USA has been through - not to mention our…
