My friend had prostate removed and is having numerous problems and wants a second opinion at a different hospital. Surgery was at Jefferson and he requests a surgeon for a second opinion at either Abington Memorial Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, or another hospital in the area. Reaction to Macrobid

I have read that there isn't a lot that can be done other than hormones if it has returned due to the damage done by the radiation. Any help or input on what…

Due to circumstances I have elected open surgery on July 17th (See my web page) I am 65 and in fair health. PSA was 7.6 at last test and biopsy reveals cancer in both lobes exceeding 30%. Bone scan and CT Scan seem to indicate it has not spread as yet. I have consulted with two urologists and both agree that surgery is…

I am new to the group. PSA has risen to 0.2 five years after prostatectomy. Salvage radiation is being recommended. I plan to get two Radiation Oncologist's opinions.
