Preventing loss of range of motion in neck
My worst side effect so far (28 radiation session down, 5 to go) is the radiation burn on my neck. It is a 2nd degree burn now. Pink, raw, moist. Some bleeding at times. Neutropenia delay cisplatin second dose. Scared it will lessen curative radiation.
My husbands second dose of cisplatin is delayed due to neutropenia. How many of you experienced this? We are fighting HPV tonsil cancer.
