I had a barium swallow test a couple weeks ago. The test indicated a small constriction halfway down my esophagus. The swallow therapist recommended my esophagus be dilated to correct this constriction which she says was most likely caused by radiation therapy. Has anyone experienced this procedure? Jeff

Both my parents died from cancer relatively young. I smoked for a few years before I quit, but now I have a strange sensation in my throat and I'm a little freaked out because I know it's not supposed to be there. I'm not insured and if I'm diagnosed w/ cancer, I can't afford treatment. I'm wondering what anyone's first…

Sinus Cancer
Is this as unusual as I'm being told by my physicians? I've never smoked a cigarette ever and I'm a very occasional social drinker. My surgery was completed on March 13, 2002 and after a couple of weeks I returned for 6 weeks of radiation treatment which ended June 21st. I'm getting used to the new "hole in my head"…
