meds after radiation
If I don't take the anastrozole will my chances be extremely worse getting the cancer back? On said it is not much but it is better.. My Chiropractor thinks I shouldn't.. Dose anyone know the percents not getting cancer if you don't take it verses takiing it.. Thank you Cindy for your advice on last post.

Swelling at night
So, after chemo, lumpectomy (with 11 nodes removed), and 33 rads, I had no sign of lymphedema. But now, at night only, my hands and feet seem to swell. My hands get tight and painful, but if I flex them for a bit, the pain goes away. Anyone else experience this or anything like it? Bonnie

Thought I would check in and let everyone know that the last CT Scan report show that my Tumors are being to shrink. So what my Dr did was lower the strength a little of the Chemo Drug. and he has put the schedule as Chemo for 2 weeks but I have to go back and get the White count shot and off for 2 weeks. I have been told i will need to take amoratase inhibitors. I am post menapause 64 years old. I had a small growth removed from my left breast at 1.1cm, margin and nodes were clear. did your doctors check other areas of your body for cancer with scan etc. mine has not..
I go to kaiser and they have not run any test to see if there is cancer anywhere else is this typical. I would think they would run a scan to check for cancer elsewhere and when i ask they blow me off.
