second round of chemo question
Hi--- How many people who had a relatively manageable (symptom-free) time with the first round of chemo had a difficult time with the second round? How many people had a (relatively) easy time with both? Thanks.
csn email ?
I had a couple of e-mails on the csn email link from last month but they are gone, I go into e-mail and it shows I have no e-mails or sent e-mails that were there a few weeks ago, has this happened to anyone else ? Maybe I am doing something wrong but it seems everything has been wiped out
How is everyone?
Despite the fact that we seem to have been "Shanghaid" lol!, I hope everyone is still hanging in there and that the new year is off to a good start for each and every one of you. I was just thinking about some of our members who have not posted updates in awhile. The guilty parties know who they are, I'm sure! Please post…
Good news but...........
I finished my scans right after the holidays and yesterday I had both of my oncology consults yesterday. I met with the rad doc first. I had my sister with me and my 18 year old daughter with me. I just had my 9th treatment this morning, stopped at Michaels on the way home and hand one of those emergency trips to the bathroom. The blood was a little shocking to me. What has your experience been and do I need to…

Has anyone experienced internal pain (not external) that's more or less constant (worse when I "go" but never really gone) starting at the end of week 2? My radio oncologist says that it can't be from the radiation and this seems absurd to me. Has anyone had more or less constant internal pain after week 2?
my neurapathy solution
First off, let me say that it's not a completely effective solution but does seem to help. Second, I just want to share what I'm doing in case others might want to try it (it's pretty harmless) but I have no idea if it would work for anyone else. My neuropathy is focused around my right knee, which suffered a moderately…

Off subject...UPDATE
But I lost my two Bichons this morning and I am so sad. I knew when I took Sam, the oldest at 16 , that he might (probably) not come home. At 16 he was deaf, blind abd generally ill. BUT I just thought Ginny had an upset tummy and would get meds and go home with me. Afterblood work it was determined that what we thought…
