D&C/Hysteroscopy Questions
I really appreciated the advice of this board's members. I decided to go through the uterine biopsy and hysterogram, rather than going straight to a D&C and hysteroscopy. A polyp was found and the biopsy results were benign, so the next step is a D&C and operative hysteroscopy. I am still mulling over the following: 1.…

I was just diagnosed with Carcinosarcoma of my Uterus. I’m told it is very rare and aggressive. I haven’t had scans yet (later this week) and surgery on the 28th. Diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer
I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer by my GYN after a biopsy. I see the GYN ONC tomorrow and am scared, nervous and confused. Uterine mass after endometrial ablation
I am currently awaiting results of a biopsy I had yesterday and I’m terrified and the wait is torture . I am 48 and currently am experiencing menopausal symptoms. In 2014 I had an ablation for abnormal uterine bleeding. I’m afraid the ablation has masked symptoms so I have no idea how long I’ve truly been having issues. I…

Sloan Kettering or Johns Hopkins
Feeling a bit overwhelmed. Will have biopsy next week. No matter biopsy results, given family history of uterine cancer, I will likely seek a second opinion. I live on the East Coast. If you had a choice of either Sloan or Johns Hopkins for a second opinion or treatment, which one would you pick? Is there a surgery and…

Immunotherapy for non-MSI-H cancer
This article caught my eye because it talks about the succcess rate for treatment of Microsatellite stable tumors using Keytruda combined with Lenvima. It's important because currently, to qualify for Keytruda, your cancer has to be microsatellite unstable, which eliminates a lot of people (including some members of this…
