RECURRENT OF CERVICAL CANCER.....AND NOW BAD SIDE EFFECTS!

My cousin went a week ago for her first Gyno visit--she will be 20 in August. Abnormal pap smear came back and they took biopsies, and then it came as cervical dysplasia---but he says there is a growth inside and outside of her cervix. Symptoms of recurrence of Fallopian Tube Cancer?
Anyone out there treated for Fallopian Tube CA who had a recurrence? What were your symptoms, and how were you treated? I had stage IIIb CA in Feb "08, had total hysterectomy, 6 rounds of IP/IV chemo with Carboplatin and Taxotere. CA-125 came down to as low as 3! Has anyone here been treated for cervical cancer and not had to have a hysterectomy?
It seems like everyone on this board who has had even early stage cervical cancer has had a radical hysterectomy. Has anyone managed to be treated without having their fertility compromised?

Daughter just had surgery and found that she has undifferentiated/Endometrioid level 3c cancer.
Does anyone know anything about this kind of cancer?

HPV can hide for 16 years?
I've been on the Breast Cancer boards since October 2009 after surgery for it in July of that year. Because I'm taking Tamoxifen, I sought out a gyn instead of continuing to use my family practitioner anymore. The annual pap that she did showed HPV. None of my other paps ever showed that. Ever.
