Chronic radiation interitis - rectal prolapse

I am a 33 year survivor of metastatic uterine cancer.  In 1985-86 I received pelvic and peri aortic radiation treatments and have dealt with chronic radiation enteritis ever since.  I experience periodic, partial small bowel obstruction, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse and a variety of other conditions.  I would like to connect with other folks who share my issues.  I am particularly interested in sharing practical ideas for dealing with rectal prolapse.
