I had my thyroid removed on January 14, 2010 due to having papillary carcinoma. The surgeon stated the tumor was just contained to my thyroid. Taking 250 mcg of Levothyroid is that too high
I am concern, since I have been reading that 250 mcg of Levothyroid is really a high dose. I am wondering if anyone outhere is taking this amount of Levothyroid or almost to that dose. I am just concern.

How many days were you in isolation (at home) after RAI
Just wanted to compare with what was told me. I am in my 3rd day, I was told 7 days to stay at least 3 meters apart for no more than an hour a day. Seems like I've seen online 3-4 days. What were your experiences? Thanks

6 months going for another check up
6 months ago had complete Thyroid removed. Currently on 250 mcg of Levothyroid. It took 5 months to get to normal levels. My TSH level is .35. Scared that cancer came back. Feel pain in my throat. Also, since it took such a long time to have my medicine leveled. Any advise.
