I would appreciate any info on this topic that anyone has. My thyroid, which was removed 3 weeks ago had 4 cancerous nodules and 2 of the nodules had extracapsular extensions. Nausea
I am new here. I was wondering if anyone else experienced nausea while off of their synthroid while waiting for the radiation treatments to begin. I have been off my synthroid for 5 weeks now and am so nauseated that I can hardly eat, let alone cook for my family.

I am looking at my 2nd round of radiation. What circumstance would a doctor maybe recommed a higher does of I131 than the 150?
