Hi, For two months now I have been on a phase 1 clinical trial of the drug GDC-0449 for metastatic Basal Cell. Has anyone here participated on a trial with this drug that would be willing to share experiences? I am currently stage IV with mets to both lungs and hoping/praying that this treatment will be effective.
