Bonnie up and walking around today!
Just a quick update from Caring Bridge: Bonnie is up and walking today and posted her update on Caring Bridge HERSELF! That was such a good sign that I know you are all smiling reading my post! I hope it's okay that I passed this on. The news was just such a great way to start the day!

Today I Celebrate
Dear Teal Warriors Five years ago I joined this board. I was in desperate need of women who could help me deal with my recovery and help me through the horrible thoughts and feelings that go with being a survivor and watching a mother die of ovca. Today I am a much stronger person because of you! Today I celebrate 10 years…

INDURATION
HI Ladies, Has anyone ever had 'Indiration" a hardening of the skin with the possibility of ulcers or splitting skin? My OVCA has spread to the lymph nodes in my right pelvic area, and I'm having Gemzar treatments. I also have lymphedema in the right leg. My pelvic bone area is swollen, reddish, has some hard areas on the…

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who post to this board. I have had the mouth sores the past week from the Doxil and if it wasn't for this board I wouldn't have known about the miracle mouthwash. Prayers for Saundra Easter Thread
As most of you know, Saundra goes into surgery Monday and I thought it might be nice for all of us to send her wishes and prayers today and tomorrow that she can bring with her. It is interesting to me that both Saundra and Bonnie need surgery at this time. I have faith that since it's Easter both of them will rise to the…

Susan523
Hi Susan, I see you posted you were in remission 4 times in 4 years. Please tell me what meds were used and how long. I was trying to piece it together by reading your previous post and your profile. I am currently on Doxil for first recurrence and unsure if it is working. CA125 is still normal but it might be unreliable…

Bonnie- Friday
I am starting a new thread, thinking this might get lost in the others. The Caring Bridge post this morning was not good. It said Bonnie's temp has risen to 102.9 They are concerned they might have to go back in to figure it out. Her BP is very low 102/68 and "her bloodwork is low." 'Keep her in your thoughts and prayers…

New-BE
Hello, my name is Cathy and I am not sure I have cancer as of yet however surgery is urgent. My problem stems from my insurance issues and the decision of Who (what type) of doctor to preform the procedure. A change of heart
I feel so much hopelessness here. I never came to these boards before now. I doubt I will be posting here again. You must give up your thoughts of death and replace them of thoughts of LIFE. If you were given 7 days to live but were told you might be able to have 30 days instead which would you take? Would you live every…

Avastin
I've been on several different chemo's and I seem to get various side effects from each. l I've had Doxil, Gemsar and Taxol. I am now on Avastin. Which is not Chemo. It seems to be helping. My markets have gone down. Has anyone else used Avastin?
