GOOD NEWS
RECIVED GOOD NEWS YESTARDAY. DADS TUMOR IN HIS LUNGS IS SMALLER.TREATMENT IS WORKING I GUESS? WELL RECIVE MORE TREATMENTS AFTER CHRISTMAS HOPEFULLY HE WILL NOT BE REAL SICK AT CHRISTMAS. TO EVERY ONE LOVE AND PRAYS AND HAVE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS.. DEBBIE

Husband's biopsy
My husband who is 52, will get his biopsy results today, and the pulmonologist is 99.9% certain it is malignant. Tumor is about 3.3 cm in size. Doesn't appear to be attached to chest wall, but there may be mets to liver, or it may be fatty cysts. Won't know until they do an ultrasound of the liver. He also wants to do a…

Pain
Has anyone got any special ways of dealing with pain? My mother has lung cancer which has spread to her liver and has a lot of abdominal pain. Also, she hasn't any appetite as a result of the pain. She's taking tylenol 4s every 4 hours and Magaze three times a day for an appetite stimulant. Any ideas? Thanks,

Fast acting Cancer
My Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer in Sep, 2000. Was treated with Chemo to try and stop the tumour growing in his lung and lymph nodes in his neck. Within two weeks of chemo treatment, they found 5 more tumours through out his upper body. So chemo didn't work that time. Again with chemo and now radiation. Tumours…
