Need help -- excess foamy saliva production when eating
My brother has Stage IV esophageal adenocarcinoma. He is having a problem with a large volume of saliva/mucus coming up. He's drowing in this stuff. Does anyone know how to manage this? It is really distressing him, making it hard for him to eat and he's losing weight.
