Hi there,

OK let us build a timeline together.
PSA history before surgery, Gleason score, staging, etc.
Date of surgery and the pathology report.
Post surgery PSA and dates.

That should do for starters!

Best wishes,

Georges

Those PSA reading should be very low after prostate surgery. They are not and appear to be increasing, which is worrisome. Please see a rad oncologist right away to see if treatment is necessary.

feb 2014 was 5.9. Sep 2014 was 5.8  Dec 2014 7.7  Feb 2015 five month before my removal of my organ it was 7.5 and then  post surgery     March 2017 0.3.  April 2017 0.4   June 2018 0.8  Sept 2018 0.59 and then Jan 2019 1.01. These are all psa total readings

It would appear that your PSA is rising, and that you may need salvage radiation treatment. But, your doctor should be advising you on what is happening. What has he/she been telling you?

I'm not sure why they are doing free PSA testing, as that is usually only relevant to pre-operation men. Can you get a referral to a radiation oncologist, and get another opinion?

Hi there,

Yes, that looks bad.
The initial diagnosis of a large peripheral tumour should have raised an alarm as there was a risk that some cancer might have escaped.
Your rising PSA indicates that the cancer is growing, hopefully it is confined to the prostate bed and is not in the pelvic lymph nodes, etc.
You need salvage radiotherapy and quickly, it would have been better to have started back in March 2017, April 2017 at the first sign of trouble.

Best wishes,

Georges
