We are very sorry this incident happened. Please be reassured that your data is secure – no personal information was compromised. 

If you created a Cancer Survivors Network (CSN) account between October 30, 2018 – January 29, 2019, your account was deleted as a result of the incident. We encourage you to create a new account to continue participating in CSN. For all other users, please verify that your email address is correct so that you may continue to use CSN.

Thank you for being a valued CSN member. We appreciate your patience during our recent, unexpected outage on 1/29-1/30. As a result of this outage, we unfortunately lost all CSN content that was contributed after 10/29/18. We realize what an impact this disruption has on the community, and we sincerely apologize. Please know that your information is secure and we have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again.
