Hi, it's hard to say because

Hi, it's hard to say because everyone's system is so different and reacts differently.  I used Miralax, which worked well for me, but then post-treatment, my system was different literally every day. What worked one day didn't work the next, etc. I was always either too much or too little in that respect, and I'm still going through constant changes. Try the Miralax if you haven't yet. Good luck!!

    I have used dulcolax stool

I have used dulcolax stool softener. It is not a stimulant, which I hate. It takes several days to work, but eventually it produces the desired results, soft stools about onec or twice a day.

    soluble fiber

I try to eat some soluble fiber every day, not insoluble fiber, (as in the inside of the potato, not the skin) and drink plenty of water.  That keeps things moving, but not too fast.  I take one Lomitil tablet each morning, so I'm not pooping all day long.  It's a balancing act, for sure!  Keep trying to see what works for you.  Bland, well cooked food, is good, too.  Good luck!
