Swollen Belly after surgery

Is it normal to have a swollen belly after a liver resection? I am not retaining fluid anywhere else, but I have a bubble belly of sorts. I am just hoping it eventually goes away.

    Maybe it's the air they pump you up with? I don't know if they always do that during surgery but maybe that's what it is. If it is it eventually dissipates. I'd put in a call to my surgeon's office just to be on the safe side, though.
