    Hey Chuck

Hey Chuck, I can tell you that the hot flashes, depression and joint pain are caused by the Lupron, and the moments of elation are caused by the Prednisone.  I don't knwo about Zytiga, nor about how to pay for it. All I can say is good luck. Maybe you should have opted for a better drug plan during last open enrollment, sorry to say. The xgeva is to keep your bones from becoming brittle from the Lupron but may cause your teeth to fall out (if you have any). Sorry to be so blunt, but what you have is pretty bad, as you know from having the Docetaxel. I think you know that the treatment you're getting is intended only to prolong your life and will not cure the cancer.

I wish there was a nice way for me to say that... but you likely know that already. I hope 2018 is a better year for us all.
