No one did you a favor

To declare that you have cancer without a pathology report saying so is premature, if not downright irresponsible. Many non-cancerous conditions mimic various cancers. Could it be some form of malignancy? Certainly, but the diagnosis is still up in the air. Your biopsy samples need to be re-examined by a pathologist at a major cancer center. Lymphoma, in particular, can be misdiagnosed or mistakenly declared benign (reactive). You might contact Lymphoma Canada for their recommendations. As to your other symptoms, they occured after you suspected something sinister, so the potential exists that they may be stress or anxiety related - that is quite common, actually.
