Biposy is Rescheduled

They said that they had operating room scheduling problems so the biopsy is now scheduled for June 9 and get the results on my birthday, June 14 (ugggggg).  Tried to change the date of the results but surgeon is going on vacation until the end of June and I'm not sure I'll be able to wait that long for an answer.  It's either going to be a very great birthday "day" or a very dismal day in my life.  I'm going through so many emotional turmoils right now and feel like sometimes it's all that consumes my thoughts.  I've got a primary care doctor appointment on June 13 and I'm not sure if he'll have the results or not but they said it takes 5 days.  I'm not sure if I'll ask him or not - I'm probably too scared to ask.

    Here in New England, we say, "don't rake the leaves before they fall".  It is hard, but you have to live in the moment. As of today, you have no reason not to be out living your life to the fullest.  If there is a diagnosis, you will deal with it. I hope that you can enjoy your long weekend.  Today, you are not diagnosed with cancer. It is a good day! Try not to worry. All will be well.
