Just got the news that I start the clinica trial at MGH 4/6/17 with Varliumab and Nivoulmab. Every other Thursday. Looking forward to starting this journey.

A clinical trial of MDX 1106 saved my life in 2011. Now it is called nivolumab. It makes me proud to think my participation and success has helped to save many other lives.

That's great Ed. Look's like we're on the same schedule, albiet I'm not getting Varliumab.

I don't know what MGH stands for.  When I put the Varliumab and Nivoulmab words in the trail search field on Smart Patients, I could not find it.

Could you give me more info on this trial?

I think this is the one. Mine has spread to my lungs.

Just requested the number from Mass General. Bit of a hiccup. Biopsy tissue sample is too small. Waiting for a plan of action. Might be able to use the tissue from 2011 when I had my right kidney removed. Hope to hear by Thursday.

Good luck, Ed. I'm about three weeks in to a clinical trial with Nivolumab and CB-839. Hoping for the best for all of us.
