ovarian suppression and aromitase inhibitor side effects ?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me know how they are managing on ovarian suppression and aromitase inhibitors together.
I am pre menopausal and have invasive stage 1 lobular carcinoma . Oncotype score 21. My understanding is that OS and AI is most effective for lobular carcinoma, but i worry about the side effects. Is anyone out there managing ok on the two together?
I need to decide in the next 3 weeks
