How good can come from sad

I followed Stephen Sutton's short life, impressed and motivated by his determination to do good with the hand he was delt at such a young age.

Diagnosed with CRC at 15, dead at 19; but wow, what a legacy he left behind.

Of course, we are all not able to make such a huge, newsworthy impact, but we are still able to make an difference, somehow, even if its in our own small community.

Just thought I would share, because his life and legacy is so very amazing.

Thanks for sharing. I hadn't come across his story until your post. Very inspirational and a great reminder to not let illness stand in the way of living life purposefully. What a remarkable young man! And you're right Sue - we all make a difference in our own little ways.

Great story, and an amazingly

Great story, and an amazingly unselfish young man. It's strange how one one level I find inspiration from those who live so fearlessly and create meaning for their live's and those around them. But then I go to the Sequoia Forest and walk among those gigantic, ancient living things, and I find peace knowing that I'm this tiny, temporary creature, whose worries and **** don't really amount to anything. It seems a strange dichotomy, but I guess it"s mine to ponder..................................Dave
