    Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello from sunny northern California!  I'm grateful and thankful for so many things:  my saint of a husband, my family (including my 84-year-old dad and 79-year-old mom), friends and wonderful co-workers who are like my family.  I'm also thankful that I have a job and that four days of rain starting on Saturday is expected for our parched, drought-stricken region.

    Wishing you all the best,

    Kelly

    Happy Thanksgiving from Canada!

I'm off to Boston tomorrow for our university class re-union. My aunt from New Jersey is also coming up to meet with me.

Canadian Thanksgiving was in October. Nevertheless, I am thankful for my friends and family, for the free healthcare, for generous disability benefits, glad to be "retired" and to have enough time, energy and funds to be able to cross everything off my ever growing bucket list.

    All the best ladies!

    Happy Thanksgiving

    Hi, Alexandra

I'm Kate and I'm new to this site.  I'm glad you had a special trip to Boston - I lived there as a child but for many  years have lived in sunny northeast Florida.

I am grateful for this site, for my beautiful daughter who is getting married in 3 weeks, for my friends and that there are treatment options available to me.

I would love to get to know others on this site and hopefully get to know you better - I'm impressed with your positive outlook!  Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

    Kate

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    Hi scatsm

I'm new to this site and looking forward to getting to know others.  I hope you had a lovely holiday with your family.  I'm grateful for this site, for my beautiful daughter who is getting married in less than 3 weeks (!) and for the treatment options available to me.  I've been dealing with this for a little over a year.  They thought I was in remission but found more cancer, so back to the chemo I went.  But as you say, I'm grateful to be alive on this beautiful day in NE Florida - sunny and warm.

Take care, I'd love to hear from you

    Kate
