    Funny how we judge progress.........

I'm seen every two months and hope to go to four or six months at the one year mark. I see my local ENT then the next time I see my EMT/Surgen/ONC, who is 215 miles away and it is a 12 hour day to see him. He's worth it.

Glad you got the lip checked, but sorry it showed abnormal. Sometimes you wonder if it ever stops. You know I keep you in my prayers.

    One step at a time

Little by little step by step that is the way it’s done. I found it funny that the last time I seen my ENT she did not give me another appointment date. I normally see her every 3 months sometime more when I have problem. But this last time I walked out with no see you in 3 months. Wow maybe she is telling me don’t come back, I think I will give her a call tomorrow.

All the best to you Jackie

WOW! 215 miles away that's some distance for an appointment. Mines 12 miles and  I have a moan at that if it's foggy and icy. Having an Indian summer at present warm days and cool nights. There was a thick fog in the night but it had gone by morning just a little taste of what's to come. I was wondering what Americans think of Scotland breaking away from the union if they get the yes vote everything will be strange. No longer the same currency, no longer joined with us with the forces and no Union Jack flag as we know it. Our flag will have only red and white in it. I do hope they stay with us. We shall know soon.

Over here Jacky they say too close to call but they say there are quite a few "undecided" me, I think it would be a huge mistake for Scotland, so many UK company's will move back to England, thinking of the large shipbuilders. Fraid unemployment will soar.

Prayers that they will find a solution for your swallowing. Also, glad they caught the lip early. I just looked it up and my travel distance is now 450 miles one way since I switched to the Mayo Clinic. Was there last week and return this Thursday with surgery Friday.  Flight time is about 50 minutes.

    Continued good wishes for you.
