Since NED has decided to desert a bunch of us, and the world is a bit gloomy, I thought that I would post about my weekend. I live in Colorado and flew to NY state to be a bridesmaid. I am 59 years old and actually there were 2 of us that are 59! One bride wore white and the other bride work her air force uniform. Yep you read that correctly. And just to make life more interesting, I brought a cat with me that was being rehomed. And I ended up staying an extra day because my flight got delayed because of the weather. Life is always interesting in this household!

    I am from NY. Wish we could have met for brunch! What part of NY did you visit? Do you visit often?

    The brides are a bit younger: 40's. They meet 25 years ago went their separate ways and reconnected a few years ago.

    The cat, Snickers, is doing well. She hated the traveling and let loose of every body fluid she had. She got a bath as soon as we got to the house. To make this close to topic, the original owner has lung cancer and can no longer care for her but she has a wonderful home now.

    Just came back from New
    Just came back from New York...spend a girls weekend there and had a fabulous times...much needed after a heck of a year....
