Has anyone on here done this? If so, how long ago and what are your thoughts?

    Hi Tuffenuff

    I heard a lot about it but never did it the medical way. What my brother and I did do when my C came back a third time was hot Sauna bath to rise my body tempter along with a lot of other stuff I took. Sorry that is about all I know, hope someone else can jump in and give better advice on the medical way it is done.

    Hyperthermia
    It is a treatment in which body tissues are briefly exposed to slightly higher tempretures
    which kills cancer cells. It is sometimes used along with conventional treatment to make the
    Cancer cells more sensitive to radiation. Local Hyperthermia is a basic principle, if a rise to a
    tempreture to 106°F can be obtained for one hour within the cancer tumor ,the cancer cells
    will be destroyed saving normal surrounding cells from damage.This treatment can be used
    on tumors that are from the skin to 8 cm in the body. It is usualy done using high frequency
    waves or ultrasound. Whole body heating is used to treat metastatic cancer that has
    spread through the body, which is done with warm-water blankets, hot wax or inductive
    coils (like an electric blanket) or thermal chambers (incubator). For decades its been a
    highly populor treatment in Germany and Japan providing superior results.
