Update... Great Onc appt

Whoot Whoot!!!! I had an excellent appt. I do have lymphadena in my chest on the cancer side though. He showed me a massage to do & said to do it 3 times a day for 20 minutes at a time. Other than that he said I'm doing EXCELLENT & I don't have to see him for 6 months. That in itself is a miracle because in August when he told me I'm in remission he said I would have to see him every 4 months for the rest of my life. But he said today that I'm doing so good that he doesn't need to see me for 6 months. Oh and this is the exciting part.... He said I'm ready for reconstruction & recommends the 2nd week of January!!!! Now it's up to the plastic surgeon, but I'm gonna get me a beautiful pair if girls real soon ;)

Thank you all for coming to Texas to be with me today. I am so grateful for all of you & your prayers. I hope each & every one of you have a very Merry Christmas that is filled with good health & Gods Blessings.

    This is great news Dawne! I am so very happy for you! We'll have to get the pink bus ready for you in January. Just be sure and let us know the date, so, we can all get to Texas in time for the trip!

    Such great news. I can't believe you've been switched to 6 month visits already. That's so wonderful. Enjoyed my bus ride to Texas last week. Merry Christmas.
