Thanksgiving with NED

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I haven't posted in a while.

I just completed my 18 month scans and they tell me that I'll be spending Thanksgiving with NED. We're planning on a little turkey, football and happy dancing.

To all those beginning the journey, be thankful for the professionals and caregivers that help you through this difficult time. It is a tough journey, but it's doable.

To those enjoined in the battle, I know it seems like the struggle will never end. It is a road of twists and turns, but the finish line is on the horizon. Be thankful that the healing is about to begin and your best days lie ahead.

To all those who have walked down this path before me, thank you for all the wisdom, encouragement and hope you've provided all of us.

    What beautiful news to bring especially at Thanksgiving, you brought tears to my eyes while reading your post. I am not too sure how my thanksgiving will go as I am here tonight with a kidney stone.

    what a wonderful post....and isn't it funny the things we have learned along the way? Are there some days you almost feel like a doctor?
    It is a long strange trip full of bumps and twists and sometimes a long smooth road...
