Bilirubin

Can anyone tell me if 1.2 bilirubin is something to be alarmed over? Hubby just saw the oncologist and at first said he would do a CT just to take a look at the liver then changed his mind and is repeting Bloodwork in two weeks. He is stage 3 with no known mets and has 2 chemo treatments remaining. Thanks Stephanie

ps. All other liver enzymes are "perfect".

1.2 is just at the high of being normal. It's supposed to be lower than 1.2 to be normal so it's just barely over normal. Heck my alkaline phosphate usually is always elevated above normal with all other liver tests fine. What is normal for one might not be for another. It just might be his normal. Sure he's fine.

Use to have most of enzimas quite hight since my surgery but
doctors don't worry to much , they look the hepatic function more than enzymes, actually after my liver resection ( 3 months later) had a kind of strange reaction and my alkaline phosphatase blew up to 3800! But nothing happened , had ursubilanic acid pils and since then (2,5 years ago) use to be in 500 still hight but docs don't care too much !.
    Hugs!
