    beautful
'Hard to watch and not cry. 'So difficult to believe they are all gone. They showed such strength and provided such support to others. 'Lovely tribute, Carlene.....

I cried all day, while I was
I cried all day, while I was making it, but I would not have missed the chance to do this small thing for them - not for the world.

Every page is printed out and ready to be posted on the memorial wall at Saturday's event.

My family thinks I'm a little nuts, I think. I said, "What if 12 or so of your friends died in one year?"

These ladies meant so much to me (except for Barbara Myrick, whom I did not know, but her husband Bob and I are friends). When I was first diagnosed, almost 2 years to the day, I found this site and felt like no one else in the world understood me like they did.

I still have emails and CSN messages from most of them, and even a couple of voice mails. Hearing Nancy's voice is so bittersweet.

I wish I could do more, for all of them, and all of you, and all our families and daughters and granddaughters.

Sometimes I get mad at God and won't speak to Him for awhile, but he waits patiently for me to get over it, and eventually, I do. I used to say that I had "strong faith." That was before He decided to test it.

    That was beautiful, Carlene.
It broke my heart to watch it because I've only been coming to this board for a little over a year and yet I feel I know most of those special women. Sadness with an undertone of anger is quite a strange emotion.

    new to this battle
    Carlene,

That was beautful I am very new to this fight just being dx on June 4th so I did not know those teal angels but it still hit my heart. I have made some real good friends and to know that some day I could lose them or they could lose me scares me. I pray that we all can win this fight. Thanks for making it.
