Round Three Chemo -- Kicking my Butt

I am so frustrated! I had pneumonia last time and never quite got over that - now my asthma has kicked up. I've been on steroids for 5 weeks and can't seem to get better. I know everyone has something and this just happens to be mine. I cough constantly. I haven't been able to lie down for weeks. Does anyone else get asthma from chemo and if so, any solutions? Thanks

Pam

    Asthma and chemo
It appears your asthma may be an allergic reaction to your chemo.

    Just So Tired
Kylez, thanks for your support. I haven't been able to come online today until now. Too tired. That kind of tired that seems to suck all the energy out of you.
You all know what I mean.

At least the coughing seems to be getting a tiny bit better.

Small progress is better than nothing!

I didn't take chemo Pam and I feel so sorry for you for having to go thru this besides chemo. I am glad that your cough is even a little better. Praying it improves even more.

So sad to hear you are still feeling bad....
Hi Pam, I've been wondering how you were doing because I know your treatments and mine are close. I know it must be absolutely exhausting for you, fighting this thing and not being able to rest, and not being able to breathe without coughing. I want you to know that I think of you and pray that your side effects ease. I see that your cough is getting just a little better. I am so happy to hear it. I hope every day is a better day for you. You've already got 3 treatments completed. That is awesome!!!! We can count the days.

I think of you a lot Debbie
I think of you a lot Debbie because I know we're on the same track. How are you doing with the chemo? does it hit any week spots in you each time? I have to say that I hate to complain - there are so many of our sisters so much sicker than I. But our lives are our lives and what they bring is what we get. Please let me know how you're doing.

    Hugs, Debbie
