I met up with my oncologist on Tues., July 19, and was told I will have annual mammograms, no MRI's, and will be seen semi-annually! I was so relieved. He did highly recommend I continue exercising. That is a given as I am committed to keeping my Temple( Mind, Body, Soul) Strong!

Take care, God bless to all.

    Hooray!

    Love the "graduation" idea!
Congratulations, Ines! I just "graduated" to annual mammograms earlier this year, and it's wonderful not to have to think about and plan for the "scanxiety" for a year. I hope it feels just as good for you!

When I posted about this back in May, ladyg responded that now I have "one more day every year for myself, not for cancer." Isn't that a great way to look at it -- I just love it. Enjoy that extra day, Ines!

    Thanks
Traci... your right. LadyG's outlook about having "one more day every year for myself, not for cancer" is a terrific insight! Will take that motto and run with it!

    Thanks for the pearl.

    Ines, Congratulations !
How wonderful to have your life, back! Annual mammograms -- less stress and worry. More time to spend with your husband and daughter.

    Enjoy the extra days :)

I am so happy for you, Ines.
