The Heaven Can Wait Walk was Great!

Our walk today was a big success. There were over 4,000 people - which is good for a town of 85,000. The most emotional part for me was when everyone was asked to kneel while the survivors all stood. Of course I was very happy and proud to have my husband at my side (he even wore a pink cap). I also spoke with someone I have know for years but never knew she was a pink sister.
I have posted a couple of pictures on my expressions page if you would like to take a look.

Hugs,
Georgia

Sounds like a fun day and very emotional. My hubby wore a bright pink shirt when we went to the local Relay here. I was so proud of him! And, he had a baseball cap on that read Real Men Wear Pink! LOL

I'll go look at your pics now! Thanks Georgia for doing this!
