Haha Poplolly, I told Boppy of 4 that we would have the pink bus full of pink sisters in central Texas tomorrow morning. My husband just said " Dawne, that man would not stand a chance against you. you would make him wish that he had never seen central Texas" lol
LoveBabyJesus - I love your name by the way. Yes this is very dark and evil. I don't know how someone could make up such a horrible story like this. It angers and saddens me to know that these people do exist when we are fighting for our lives each and everyday.0 -

King of ironic that those of us who actually have cancer tend to not need car washes and special treatment to get by!! We just kind of fight on!!This kind of stuff makes me mad and wouldn't mind beating this person with my hat too!!0 -

Come and pick me up cause I am mad as hell. I have on my pink boxing gloves and I would love to punch him a few times. I just replied today to staystrongfo.. on the board under "disability...question". Read it and you will see why this upsets me so much. I have no job as of now, no income coming in and can't pay any of my bills. And this jerk has the balls to do what he did. Thanks for sharing the information and keep us posted.

They just said on the news that he faked stage 4 breast cancer saying that he claimed he spread to his brain. He told people that the doctors gave him six months to live. He also lied and said that he had served in Iraq. The police still haven't found him but believe me every police officer and several hundred people are looking for him in every town in Central Texas.
Deb, I am so sorry that you are having to go through the burden of financial stress along with battling this beast. I pray that things get better for you.

Now now now ladies. Rather than beat him up or run him over why don't we just infuse him with some of cells that started our plight. Let's make him a truthful man now. Really I wouldn't wish this on anybody. However, perhaps we could in all good conscience send him through MENopause.0 -

I spoke with Dawne last night and boy oh boy she was hopping mad! This happened in the central Texas back 2-3 years ago. A lady faked BC she is know serving time courtesy of Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice.The news even showed people who had got tatoos to support him in his "battle" It make me angry and sad that people will trick people like this and it is a slap in the face to each survivor and more importantly to those we have lost to the beast! I am betting the pink sisters could teach him a lesson! God Bless

Sorry but there's been several of these people out there claiming to have cancer and soaking up the sympathy, as well as caring people's hard earned money, and it's just wrong.

It takes all kinds....least we forget the "fakes" that have shown up on this very board....it's hard to wrap your head around the likes of these people...I think the ones who have shown up on these boards are lonely,pathetic people..who for what ever reason have no life, family or friends...
The ones who "fake" it for financial reasons...well, don't know which is worse... But the ones who do it for financial gains, hurt those who are truly in need of help....it makes people "gun shy" to help the next time they are asked to give...Personally, "cancer fakes", make me sick...no pun intended!
Ohio had a case several years back...woman claimed her child had brain cancer...went so far as to shave the child's head, to make him look like he had undergone chemo.....collected big $$$$ before she was exposed....she went to prison....How these people lay their heads down at night.....but they have to look at themselves in the mirror....and bad karma can be a biotch!0 -

that there are many who will prey upon the charity of others with phoney scams - it's nothing new though! As I see it - the worst is that they have stolen from all those who honestly do need help but because of being scammed by a fraud, many will be hesitant to offer help (financial or 'personal') - I am.
A point to remember along those lines - we get scammed here every so often by phoneys - not too long ago in fact. Certainly not all are scammers - most of us are totally on the up and up but unfortuantely not all are - as has been proven. Should we become cynical because we have been scammed/hurt - defintaely not but we do need to take off our 'rose colored glasses' when it comes to dealing with those who 'claim' to be BC but then go on to show that they're playing SICK games. Keep eyes open and with go gut feelings, not heart feelings - sometimes they go together (that's great when it happens and usually is right) but when they don't go together - go with the 'gut'.
If I offend anyone - Sorry. It's how i honestly feel.

He is a liar and a thief.Won't take law enforement long to find him.
What a shame. If he ever was dx with any cancer he would find out how scary,hurtful and unpredictable the disease is.
