For the moment just waiting for weather changes, it's cold and rainy here,even snowing 100 km away from the city but who knows tomorrow we can
be in the 80's crazy weather here!.

    Hi Pepe,

    Saturday morning my youngest daughter (11) will be in a city wide track meet. She scored first place in the standing long jump over all the girls in 5th grade at her school. So now she goes onto the next level, where all the high scoring kids from all the schools in the town compete against each other. She went last year too for standing long jump, but her one foot fell backwards, giving her a low score. We're hoping she can do her best this year! No other weekend plans at this point, yet.

    off to church tonight
    my daughter melanie is singing in the choir at school mass tonight.
    she has been getting her outfit ready for days and is excited.

    my loo visits have slowed, the lack of sleep has been bad. just resting, kids birthday party tomorrow and on sunday afood combining nutriction lecture.

    Well, I am working
    (as usual) and Robert will be resting his back...he did something to it while wrestling with sheetrock. He had his first chemo yesterday, Erbitux and Irinotecan, after a 6 month break, so I don't think he will be doing much at all. My son is getting ready to move out, so he will be busy and won't be around much...

    Hi Pepe, Rick and I are going to yet another kid's birthday party tomorrow - his other nephew is turning 11 yrs. old. His sister's house is located in western Mass. where the tornadoes came through a couple of days ago, so we'll get some first had viewing of the damage. Fortunately her house wasn't damaged during the storm. Best wishes to everyone for a nice weekend! Cyn

    Exciting weekend for me. My oldest granddaughter is graudating from high school, ceremonie Cap and Gown in the afternoon and dress up dinner with family and friends at night. Furthermore my son is driving in to surprice her, and her Godmother came all the way from Montreal to attend all the festivities.
    I had my first meeting with an oncologist and went from a stage III to a Stage II after he read the pathology report.
    So a real good weekend to celebrate.

    Nauseous and no appetite....
    been sleeping alot yesterday afternoon and all thru the nite....probably more from the muscle relaxers than anything.

    yearly colonoscopy
    Took my son for his yearly colonoscopy...today...fun beginning to a beautiful weekend.... We were there for over 4 hours. When we were done he instead on goining home (2hr drive). He has to work and golf and kayak tomorrow, no time for cancer. LOL

    Ps when I no for sure whats going on I'll let everyone no. It appears all the pros are confused!

    big saturday night - making bread with my son first loaf
    change of plans, the boys are left at home alone.
    my wife has gone to work and my daughter is having a sleepover.

    so we are making bread. I think its the first loaf he has seen as a 5 year old.

    he is amazed that the machine can make bread out of bread mix and water.

    of course its organic wholemeal, dairy and egg free.

    he wants to get up at midnight to see it.

    pretty wild saturday night.

    My mom and aunt are coming down for the weekend! My sister may come over as well.

    I had a nice young Lithuanian couple stay over on Thursday. I hosted them through Couchsurfing.org, which is a cool hospitality site that I am active on. They found a cheap room to room to rent in town yesterday and will work on the boardwalk this summer. Most of the summer workers here are Eastern European or Asian.
