I was diagnosed with Acinic Cell Carcinoma on November 19, 2010.
I caught it fast. I didn't need radiation or chemo luckily.

    Best treatment
Hi Ceressa, it you catch it before rads or chemo are needed, that's the best treatment of all. Congratulations, and look forward to many "free" months and years to come.

    best, Hal

    congrats
Congrats on being one month cancer free. My advice to people I meet now in life who tell me about a recurrent sore throat, mouth issue or enlarged lymph node is get is checked and don't delay. had I not delayed I might have been like you and not needed chemo or radiation.

Alas, I dawdled (if that is how it is spelled) and it took 11 months from the first sign of trouble to get my cancer diagnosis. Now post treatment I am waiting for my first CT scan january 26th - I get the results on the 27th so hopefully I will be declared cancer free.

Looking forward to the day like you are enjoying I can be one month or God knows 1 year cancer free.

Again congratulations on being cancer free..I say anytime someone is declared cancer free it is time to celebratte.
