My heart goes out to both of you. I've been off line the past few days and the first topic when I just got on was "bad news". Then I scrolled and saw Meena's post. Knowing what fighters you both are, I know that you will continue to fight and will carry on with courage and mental toughness. We will be your cheerleaders. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

    I love that! I will be one of the cheerleaders too! We will cheer you on with your treatments. We will give you strength when you need it. And, we will be here if you need a listening ear.

    Do I get a cute little uniform?
    I have great legs and am very perky....if I get one of those cute little uniforms, I'll happily join the Team M&M Cheerleaders!

    ...okay, truth be told, I'll join even if I don't get the uniform, but I'm still holding out for it!

    and Libby who so quietly continues her fight. It would be nice to have an acronym as I lose track with all the praying I have been doing lately. God must think "Is that her again?" Who else is fighting so hard right now that we need to add. I dont want the cute uniform, but a beret might be nice or a sash yeah....................

    Hmm personaly I think little kerchiefs around our neck saying where we are from, that way we visualy prove that the prayers are coming from around the world,

    Cute idea for the cheerleaders team name Ritzy! I was a cheerleader in high school and college, so, if I can do it again, I am in!

    I always wanted to be a
    I always wanted to be a cheerleader but never had the nerve to try out so now is my chance and this is something that I really want to be on the team for. For Moopy and Meena, the M&M's and all the other "Sweet Hearts" here that are facing recurrences and mets. I want so much to do a cartwheel or a flip when there is good news and to shake my pom poms and scream out phrases of encouragement like, GO, FIGHT, WIN. That's going to be my catch phrase. I don't care if I get a uniform (not much anyway) but I would like those pom poms. If not, I will just shred some toilet paper and make my own. LOL But know that my cheering you all on is completely sincere.

    I love these brave ladies. They are on a challenging jounney. I hope our combined prayers lift them up and bring them strength. I pray for a cure every day. Enough already!!!

    I've heard that even when you cant find the words god knows what you are trying to say so when I cant remember everyone who needs to be mentioned, I say something like "and my sisters in pink who need your help strength and courage to continue their fight"

    Mind if I join the parade (notice my initials)??? I just passed the 11 month mark fighting my mets (nodes, liver, bones, and skin), diagnosed on 2-10-10. Finally got a week off of chemo at Christmas, otherwise it was every week since 2-26-10 (#46 tomorrow). Next scan will be on 1-31, then we'll know for sure how this newest drug, Navelbine is doing.

    By the way, did anyone try the new Cherry Cordial M&M's at Christmas? They're really good. I also noticed Coconut M&M's but didn't get to try those. Guess I'll have to wait till next Christmas!

    Now I am laughing out loud. I can see it now, dozens and dozens of us, shredding toilet paper and using the cardboard roll and making our pom poms. So funny.
    And Marsha and anyone else that is fighting mets, recurrences or just the first time will be part of our cheer. GO FIGHT WIN It is hard to remember who is where in diagnosis or treatments and we know that none of us would ever exclude anyone in our thoughts. Some of our sisters have just received word that they are Stage IV and others have been there for awhile. And we have, I am sure, every stage, grade, type of breast cancer on here and we want all of them healthy and well. I know that I am not alone in this thought. The original post I think just reflected two of our sisters that have had recent set backs. We love and support all on here. We are truly all cheerleaders for each other all the time.
    So, once more, a little bit louder now, GO FIGHT WIN!!!
