You know that your outlook on life has greatly changed when you get excited to find your first knot or tangle in your hair as its finally growing out...cuz you know that means your hair is finally gettin long enough to get tangled...i still cant believe something that i thought was such a pain before can be such a blessing now!
Still IM EXCITED I HAVE MY FIRST TANGLE...hehe!

    congrats on the knots. I never used to wear makeup, still dont wear much but I LOVE putting on mascara! just becauseI can. It gives me such pleasure to see my eyelashes!!! I love how I can appreciate the small things, it really gives you a renewed appreciation!

    I so agree!
    Hair long enough now to get in my eyes is a blessing and the eyelashes are so exciting. I guess we will always appreciate the little things now.
    Remember when we would complain about a "bad hair day!"" :)

    So great you've gotten your first tangle! Funny you should post this today--I actually used my hairdryer today for the first time in 10 months! True--only for about a minute or so--but I used it! It felt great!

    This posting is sooooo funny .. as I have - heavy duty
    hair conditioning on my hair/scalp. Last year at this time, I was fainting from my dense chemo therapy weekly cocktails -- curious how I was going to make it another week. Weak spirit and health.

    My eye lashes has thicken, but my eyebrows are thin and nasty - Oh well, at least I have some! LOL

    All good things come ... in time - and yes, the waiting SUCKS. Been there, done that!

    Renee i had to comment on yours cuz i remember how excited i got the first time i got to blow dry my hair and it only took a minute too...not like i really needed to but felt really great anyway...and i use to hate blowdring my hair...dont no more!

    Oh and nobody complains around me about their hair anymore cuz i think they got tied of my comments about it to them but i think the eye rolls are just as effective...they eventually catch on.

    Loving my curls!
    I had a little curl in my hair before. I used to really complain about it and kept my hair short for years. I now lots of curls and love them!! God Bless

    I also started using the hairdryer about a month ago. It's got great body with a slight wave. I finally trimmed off the wispy ends. Unfortunately my brows and lashes are not wanting to return. So a brow pencil and liquid liner are my replacement for them. I'm wanting to try fake lashes. I'm glad your hair is coming back, too.

    Jojo, it's soooo good to see you posting. I have missed you and your wonderful humor. Excited about a tangle.....I just LOVE it!! Wishing you all the joy of the season to get you through your sadness over losing your cousin/sister. The healing process takes time and you will get there when it's time.
