As you are out and about (or surfing the net this holiday season) reply here to post a few things on your personal wish list (selfish, material things only...) This post inspired by my new favorite nightgown....

a fleecy, long sleeved, knee length, lavender cardigan knit nightgown from Walmart @ a very affordable $15.00. yes, I bought it for myself and I'm currently curled up on the sofa wearing it and surfing the 'net while my husband kills (and gets killed) by bad guys in Call of Duty Black Ops.

OH... and I treated myself to a vintage smoky topaz silver filigree ring from ebay for 39.00!

;)

Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger Tea : $38/for 100 tea bags
My pet luxury is this incredibly peppery bitey ridiculously-priced but SOOOO worth it Ginger Tea. I've never made anyone a cup that they didn't go "WOW!" at the 1st sip, it's soooo pepper-y and delicious. But, truth be told, I rarely share it! I hoard it for myself. HA!

I also LOVE good tools, and for woman that largely microwaves dinner, have a kitchen equipped for any professional chef! Little luxuries...

MOOSE MUNCH from Harry and David
It is sold in Macys this time of year! Maniacally rubbing my hands: IT IS ALL FOR ME!!
If you see it in Macys it is only because I haven't been to that particular store.

My selfish wish list: I want a Mini Cooper, dressage saddle, and finally:
ULTRA LOW RISE JEANS to go OUT of style....forever. I am tired of seeing butt crack.

    splurge
oh, I've been spending. I just splurged on $260 black leather over the knee boots. Well, my calves are too wide so they have to go back. I've always had wide legs.

    In case you didn't know:
You can take your leather boots to a tack store or some kind of leather repair store and have the leather stretched to fit your calves. They can stretch leather up to one inch. Search on leather stretcher and you will see DIY tips.
Horse people and leather - we know lots of tricks!
Over the knee boots...you wild woman! Wear them to the airport for a pat down!

    Oh definitely Moose Munch.
Oh definitely Moose Munch. It is the ultimate comfort food. My other favorite things also include my two kitties and my doggie. I love them and they give me a lot of comfort without having to eat them. :-)

    Ginger Tea?
This sounds oh so good! How and where can I find it? My husband, Brian, who takes such good care of me every step of this journey and I discovered blood orange tea at a little Japanese tea house here in San Diego. We found just one other place in downtown San Diego that sells it. It has been a simple pleasure for both of us.
